We are currently looking for an established Product Architect to join our Tribal Dynamics Practise and lead the architecture and design initiatives for our products suite.
The Role
The postholder of this role, will be expected to design and lead the architecture and design across Tribal Dynamics suite of products, in highly collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will be an expert in building collaborative relationships with product, marketing and sales, product owners and software development teams to contribute with the development of new products and improve existing solutions.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
We are looking for an individual with strong architecture delivery skills, ideally in the Dynamics arena but not essential, especially if you have worked in a similar architecture domain.
Some of the key areas of responsibilities include:
- Leadership of product development and architecture strategies
- Work closely with Head of Dynamics, Product, Sales and Marketing teams to define a product roadmap and ensure solutions are consistent with Tribal strategy
- Partnering with internal teams and define appropriate development processes that lead to sustainable and scalable strategies
- Development of product documents and delivering end to end product architecture
- Development of architecture design processes including security and architecture governance
- Ensure Tribal is utilising the best and latest tools for its integration and architecture
- Help our product and Professional Services in maximising the benefits of the Power Platform
The Person
First and foremost, you will be an established leader ideally with previous experience in a similar position or within Senior Consultant role and will comfortably be able to establish requirements and design solutions to meet those requirements.
You will have excellent technical skills including knowledge and/or experience within:
- Commercial knowledge and understanding of business, data, application and technology domains
- Experience of implementing Dynamics projects at an enterprise level role will be beneficial but not essential
- Experience of translating technical information and requirements into easy-to understand concepts
- Ability to demonstrate good mentorship skills of existing technical resources in architecture and governance
- Experience and knowledge documenting and advising delivery teams of technical risks and issues and work to avoid, mitigate and resolve these
- Knowledge or experience coaching and mentoring teams and stakeholders
