Tribal Group Recruitment Data Statement

During the course of an application for employment at Tribal you will provide personal data. We will process such personal data on the basis that it is necessary to do so in order to progress your job application. We will act in accordance with relevant data protection legislation and the standards outlined within our company Privacy Policy (http://www.tribalgroup.com/privacy-policy).

Talent Pool

You may opt to join one of our Specialist Talent Pools (pages currently under construction). By doing so you consent to Tribal storing your data for marketing purposes and consent to Tribal making contact in relation to relevant career opportunities at Tribal.  Consent will be deemed valid for a period of up to 1 year, at which point your data will have been deleted from our system unless you have otherwise stated and written to the talent team inbox (careers@tribalgroup.com) to request keeping your data. 

Data Sharing and Transfers

Tribal will never sell your job application information to third parties. On rare occasions, Tribal works with third party partners on the operational delivery of some contracts, meaning that Tribal employees may be line managed by a representative of a third-party organisation. In these cases, your data may be shared with members of the third-party organisations solely for activities associated with the purpose of processing your job application. Tribal’s data privacy standards will still apply in such circumstances.

Apprenticeship Applications

By accepting an Apprenticeship role, you consent for Tribal to share personal information with the selected apprenticeship provider details including name, date of birth, address, email address, telephone number and other such details as may reasonably be required to progress the apprenticeship.
